Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase:

• Monthly: $29/month
• Annual: $249/year ($20.75/month equivalent)

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or coach programs
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness coaching and nutrition tracking tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

Coaches on the platform provide fitness guidance based on their expertise and the information you share. You participate in all programs and training at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including design, code, text, and graphics) are owned by Seven Portal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Programs created by coaches remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not copy, distribute, or share coach programs outside of the Service.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service — including sharing relevant data with your assigned coach.

When you delete your account, all your content is permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
