Seven Portal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Seven Portal mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Sex
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
Health and Fitness Data
To provide personalized coaching and track your progress, we collect:
- Body metrics: weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and circumference measurements (waist, chest, arms, hips, thighs, calves)
- Fitness data: workout history, exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout duration, and program enrollment
- Nutrition data: food diary entries, calorie targets, and macronutrient targets
- Progress photos: photos you upload to track your physical progress
- Bloodwork: lab result files (PDF or image) you upload for your coach to review
- Menstrual cycle data: if you opt in, last period start date and cycle length
- Check-in data: subjective wellness ratings (energy, focus, stress, soreness, hunger) submitted to your coach
Communication Data
Messages you send to and receive from your coach within the App are stored to maintain your conversation history.
Device and Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, and version
- Crash reports and error logs (via Sentry) to improve app stability
- App version
We do not collect location data, contacts, or call logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide personalized coaching through our platform
- Enable your coach to build and adjust your training and nutrition programs
- Track your fitness progress over time
- Display your food diary and calorie/macro tracking
- Facilitate in-app messaging between you and your coach
- Diagnose technical issues and improve the App
3. How We Share Your Information
With Your Coach
When you are enrolled with a coach (via a personalized program or referral code), your coach can see:
- Your profile information (name, age, goals, experience level)
- Your body metrics, workout history, food diary, bloodwork, progress photos, and check-ins
- Messages you send them
Coaches can only see data from members they are actively coaching. They cannot access data from other members.
With Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following services to operate the App:
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) — your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure
- Google Sign-In (optional authentication) — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google processes your authentication
- FatSecret (food nutrition data) — when you search for foods, your search query is sent to FatSecret through our server. No personal data is shared with FatSecret
- Sentry (crash reporting) — crash reports include device information and error details but do not include personal health data
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not display ads in the App.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure with the following protections:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences)
- Database access is controlled by row-level security policies — each user can only access their own data
- Uploaded files (photos, bloodwork) are stored in private storage buckets accessible only via signed URLs
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- All personal data is permanently deleted, including your profile, food diary, workout history, metrics, bloodwork, progress photos, check-ins, and messages
- Uploaded files are removed from storage
- This action is irreversible
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data — viewable directly in the App
- Correct your personal data — editable in your Profile
- Deleteyour account and all associated data — available in Profile > Account
- Export your data — we are working on a data export feature and will make it available in a future update
- Withdraw consent — you can stop using the App and delete your account at any time

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete the account and all associated data promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
